
2012 NBC Universal Media LLC-Time
As of this morning my weight is down almost 10 pounds. I’m happy about this, except that it’s the SAME 10 pounds I keep losing and then ‘somehow’ gaining it back. UGH.
THIS time I’m doing a combination of things that I think are sustainable –
- I’ve increased my fiber a LOT
- I’m not eating in-between meals
- I’ve cut down what I’m eating for lunch
- I’m trying to stay busy so I have less time to think about food
If I get past the 10 pound mark and continue steady loss, I’ll start to build hope that I can get to my goal.
I found I had to accept being slightly hungry. Not very, it took me 6 years to lose 40 kilo’s

WOW. I’m beyond impressed with your efforts and results, Christine. GOOD FOR YOU!!!! I’m so happy for you. I’ll keep on keepin’ on with what I’m doing and see what happens. Hopefully, I have the combination that works for me now. Fingers crossed.

I had to do it. I was morbidly obese and it was affecting my heart.

You apparently will always feel slightly hungry if you lose about 1/4 of your body weight x

Okay. I can handle that. I really want to be healthier, move more easily, feel less pain.

I wish I’d found out earlier. I thought I was eating healthy but I was drinking lots ofcsmoothies

Yes! It’s so hard to really figure out what you’re doing, what TO eat, how much, what NOT to eat, combining needs of two different people, etc. I’m starting to get a handle on things now.
