I want to introduce you to one of my favorite places on Substack. It’s called,
“In Otter News.”
I check it every day because the person who writes this loves otters, has devoted an entire column to ‘Steve’ an otter with more personality that the entire planet, whose affinity for the pub and those who frequent it gets him into problems sometimes.
Without fail, I come away grinning, snorting, or saying a mental ‘awww.’
