I am displaying these mugs that I found on Pinterest that I call “Potential,” because the clay work is done but not the paint or glazes. Somehow I like them just the way they are and wish they could be used with further adornment. The workmanship is lovely. My dear, long time friend, Marsha, who died earlier this year, was a potter, and I learned a lot from her about the steps involved, the equipment involved, and learned to really be in awe of anyone who can do this well.
