I absolutely LOVE the way the light comes in.

Today should be a quiet one for us. Hooray!!!
We got a message from the nursing home that the new owner (an ER physician) will visit Harvey once a week to monitor his condition. That makes us feel better about the change in ownership and the many other changes he will probably make.

I’m finally completely over my sore throat and accompanying weakness. I did fine at the gym on the treadmill this morning, not having to hold onto the handlebars for steadiness and not checking the time a lot. I felt stronger. Yea!
Today is water bottle exercises.

Have a lovely Sunday. I am having a quiet Sunday too. I have been up about an hour ago. Although I was awake a couple of hours before that.
I have no plans for today than just to relax and go with the flow.
Good. That’s just what you need to do. Have a wonderful day, Liz
Thank you.
🙂
I love the picture of the light coming through the trees. I love trees!
That is good news about the new owner of the nursing home. That news will help your body relax and heal without so much stress. Sounds like you have healed and are back to your exercise routine.
The Christmas cards are beautiful!
I hope you had a great Sunday and sleep well tonight. (Donna)
Thank you, Donna. Enjoy your day and evening.
Maybe we had the same virus. Glad you are better. I am better too and am claiming today as Sabbath and will also rest!
I’m glad you’re better, too!
Ah, wonderful about the owner of the nursing home checking on Harvey weekly! This sounds promising, Linda.
I love the Christmas cards too! I pulled my traps muscle again, dang and nursing it. But I still did a short passive hang today and other exercises. So glad your throat feels better!
We’re hopeful that the changes at the nursing home will be good. So far, he (or the manager) is a good communicator and seems to be trying to do a good job. I’m glad you liked the Christmas cards. We HAVE to work on getting us BOTH better at the same time! Then we can at LEAST celebrate with each other long distance. Take care.
