I am loose as a goose after my massage this morning! Ahhhhh and ahhhhhh again. I am SO relaxed I could easily just sprawl on my couch and doze off. We are leaving soon, though, to get out of Khun Nong’s way while she makes my place shine, so no sleep for me.

It’s 87 degrees F. right now and quite sunny. I had the windows open this morning but actually closed up and turned on the a/c this afternoon for the first time since “The Cool Season” started several months ago. It looks like I won’t need my hoodie, jean jacket, and sweatshirts for much soon…

Thank you. It’s incredible going from being too cool to too warm in less than a week, but apparently it will just get hotter and hotter as we go now. Yes, ML saved our bacon and we are so grateful. I am at the cafe watching the traffic from my favorite spot now. You wouldn’t believe it. 😁 Thanks for writing.

Oh, my gosh, I love, love, LOVE the watercolor owl!! I took a screenshot so I could try to redraw (though mine won’t look anything like it, I am sure)!
I have restarted my movement videos. Mostly just showing the exercises I have been doing. I am not dancing again yet. I may also rebrand the dance videos. I will add a disclaimer to each as well (for viewers to check with their health professional before beginning)!
I love that your weather is warmer now. No Spring there I guess? Just chilly to hot!
