Thanks to these talented photographers for allowing me to enjoy fall from afar, now that I live in Thailand. We are having a COOL day here – at 81 degrees F. Brian had his sweatshirt on when we went for chocolate a few minutes ago, wearing a sweatshirt over his tee, jeans instead of shorts, saying that this was “cold.” hahahahahahaha I told him that it was supposed to be 44 degrees in Greenwood, Arkansas, where we used to live. Granted, this cold front is early and is supposed to be short-lived, with the temperatures going back to normal fall in a couple of days, but ‘cold’ at 81?
I’m hoping that by the time the “hot season,” or ‘smoky season’ as Brian calls it, referring to the fact that it’s the burning season for clearing the fields in preparation for planting – that I will be at my goal weight and that my strength will be built up, as well as getting acclimatised to my new home.
very beautifull 👌

So enjoyed seeing the fall pictures you shared….especially the ones in the Netherlands. That’s where my grandparents were from so, they were meaningful to me. All the pictures were BEAUTIFUL! Also, didn’t get a chance comment when you posted them, but LOVED your latest paintings of the 3 birds and the bear!!! Smile makers for sure! Have a wonderful day Linda! Sue from Oregon

Hi, Sue. I’m delighted you liked the fall photos – especially the ones from the Netherlands. THANK YOU for your kind words about my paintings of the birds and the bear. I have such a good time trying to draw things and then love to paint the sketches. You made my day! 😀. I hope you have a wonderful day, too. Thanks for writing.

These are beautiful Fall pictures/images, Linda. I have seen my fill here in New Hampshire of the Fall leaves though. And our backyard trees are nearly bare already! It was 30 degrees when we went to pickup our groceries today at 5pm. Brrrrr! I’d take 81 again.

My SIL had snow yesterday! Hard to believe I won’t see leaves turn or snow again. I’ll just have to enjoy them vicariously. 30 degrees is COLD. Brrrr! Here, we are in “The Cold Season.” That means from November through mid-February we will have highs in the mid 80s and a low of 50 degrees F. Stay warm!

Is your sister-in-law in Arkansas? My son is in Topton, NC and he had a bit of snow too! Early cold front I guess. I never thought of that but I guess you’re right! You won’t experience this cold anymore.
