This is just the frog I WISH were my new pet. Isn’t he cute!
I’ve told you that Brian and I clock into the gym right at 6am when it opens. T
I kept hearing a small sneezing sound. I just wondered about it the first few times, and then I finally asked Brian if he heard it. He listened for a second and said it was a frog!
I have no idea why a frog would make the sound that really sounds like a sneeze. As I’m stepping over him, he sneezes and I say, “Good morning, Sweet Frog!” (as you can tell, I’m getting hard up for pets since I came to Thailand.) He immediately gets quiet, I guess because he isn’t really friendly.
I don’t care. I’m determined to make friends with him. I think it’s just a matter of time when he believes I won’t hurt him.
(There are also a couple of cats that lie down and go to sleep on the table off the office where packages and deliveries of all kinds are placed for people. They aren’t friendly, either, but I speak to them nonetheless.

I don’t think ANY of them like me, but I miss my animals a lot and trying to talk to them probably looks nuts, but I just HAVE to…😀

Since I have no pets of my own here, I’m trying to enjoy the sweet animals I find, like the cats who wander inside our building, or the sneezing frog near the gym, or the cats in the coffee shop, or the sweet fuzzy dog at the coffee shop today.
