My husband wasn’t feeling well yesterday, so we’re up early so we can get to our clinic when the doors first open so we can see someone even though we don’t have an appointment. I hope they can help him feel better.
Our visit with Murray and John yesterday couldn’t have gone better. We had lots of laughs, good conversation, good food, and lots of hugs. In the parking lot after, I gave them the gifts I brought, and they seemed to be pleased. We will still be able to communicate after the move, so that was comforting all of us.
Today I’ll call and arrange for the company to pick up the oxygen and supplies. I haven’t had to use it for over two weeks now, so feel confident I can put that need behind me.
I’m also hopeful I will hear from the vet today or tomorrow. I really hope that he reconsiders and can take our pets. We’re working on other things outside of that, too. I will be anxious until we figure out something for them.

I love that you got out again yesterday and met dear friends. I hope your husband feels better though, all of this upheaval! Ugh!

We got him to the clinic first thing this morning. He does NOT have more flu, thank goodness. She prescribed an anti-nausea med that made him feel a lot better right away. We’ll find out results of some blood work this afternoon. He is looking more like himself now, so that is wonderful. We’re working on a lot of avenues for the fur kids. All appendages are crossed and I’m monitoring my phone.
