I hope that this is a really nice month for you.

Yesterday my wonderful hair stylist, Michael Remillard from Tangles in Greenwood, performed a miracle and I now look more like someone had a plan. My hair is thin and fine. Michael cuts it so that I can wash it and blow it dry in the mornings, just perfect for our lifestyle.

That took up most of the morning, though, so I missed the time I normally do sessions with weights between blog posts. (I didn’t finish my posts for the day until around 3pm.) I did, however, do 45 minutes of yoga stretches in the afternoon and felt good afterwards. An added bonus was that Monster Cat didn’t attack my feet with teeth and claws as I relaxed and stretched. :0)

Today I’m hoping is a more regular day, with no drama, so I can indulge myself in my routine of blog posts and exercises with weights in the morning, get the makings of keto chili in the crock pot after lunch, spend some good time up in my art room (trying to make Christmas presents for friends) and do a good session of yoga before dinner.

I hope that you have a super nice day today and that it’s only the beginning of a stellar month for you.
OMG Linda, I love your haircut! That’s darling on you.
And thank you sooo much for the lovely package! I received my Etsy order from you yesterday, and will post a review for you on Etsy and here on WP. Probably tomorrow. You inspire me to do more yoga. I have slacked off a bit, favoring the Yamuna balls to ease the sciatica I have been experiencing for a few months now (since we moved), and using the Super Patches, and more recently, the Reflex sauna. Oh, and for exercise, stair-climbing. But keto is coming for us. Hubby and I both need to release 50 excess pounds (or more for me)!

Thanks for the feedback on Michael’s Miracle. I made a wood-burned plaque for his shop saying just that. :0) I’m glad the package arrived safely and that you’re pleased. You sound like you’re doing lots of exercise. Good for you! I TRY to do mine daily, but results vary… Trying to shed excess poundage and get what’s left stronger and more flexible will be an ongoing project for most people. May we all prevail. Thanks for writing, Sheila. I appreciate you.

Oh, yes, that reminds me! Thank you for the sample of your woodburning! I love that and will order more! I don’t think I really had much of an appreciation for the wood burning until seeing and handling this bookmark! I now recall doing similar wood burning in high school art class! I remember enjoying that and asking for a kit for Christmas.

I’m glad you like it, Sheila. I’m making Christmas presents right now, but as soon as I can clear the decks, I’ll start making bookmarks for the site. They’ll be included in the ‘Small Unique Gifts’ section. I’m really enjoying trying to learn to do this. :0)
