This is probably not new, but it’s a new idea for me.

I’m going to stay busy (as usual, but more emphasis). Then, when I think I’m hungry, I’ll drink a bottle of water and wait a while. If I’m STILL starving, I’ll eat a careful snack. Fingers crossed.

  1. Try drinking sugar-free sparkling water instead. There are tons of flavors and it will feel like a snack (sort of, lol). My favorite one is ICE but check for other brands! 😺
