I’m sick for the second day. I think I got food poisoning. Anyway, ‘Phase 2″ was today, so I’m drinking lots of water and resting this afternoon and this evening, hoping I’ll feel sassy again tomorrow.

I couldn’t agree more, Irene. Thanks for your good wishes. The worst part is not knowing which thing I ate caused it. I’m throwing a lot of stuff out that might be good.

no. And I woke up sick on Thursday morning, so I must have eaten whatever it was Wednesday.

Not good, but if you only ate at home, it should be possible to find out from what food, you became sick. I think it is worse after eating out of house.
I suppose, that you never use same cutting board for vegetables and meat, as they easily contaminate each other. Soil from the vegetables and blood from the meat, which in a mix can be more than bad.

No, I’m careful about cutting boards. I have thrown away the raw veggies I’ve been eating and some ham. That’s about all I have eaten that is different from my husband, and he has been fine. Hopefully, one of those is the culprit.

There have been several cases with ham of different kinds and troubles with the stomach for a while now.

I have thrown away the ham, too. now. I’m being super careful what I’m eating. Thankfully, I’m feeling stronger today.

If possible, you need to feed your digestion best possible, so it will work better for you, Linda. Things like yogurt and Saurkraut, which is healthy cabbage or red cabbage made with salt alone and nothing else. Both will feed your gut bacterias to work better.
