Hi. Hope your having a great day. Even though my body doesn’t cooperate with me. When I was working in the assisted living facility , I had a 94 yr old resident that I adored because he acted like a little boy sometimes. He also taught me ” Stay young at heart” I understood what he meant because Every year I stay the same age. I miss that resident a lot because he taught a lot of wisdom. Since his passing 2011, I have the happy memories.

I really think attitude, enthusiasm, and staying interested in things is much more important than your chronological age.
