For the past two days my back has been giving me fits.
I have no clue what happened. I’m pampering myself with Ibuprofen and time in my recliner with a pillow and a heat pad. It’s better, but I’m still walking funny.
When you have a part that hurts, you get a real appreciation for the muscles you use in everyday life. For example, I never realized how many BACK muscles you use when you sneeze…

I found out by my yoga, that my legs had problems and big ones. Then I found out to get massage by a physio therapist and this helps very good, even I will need to come there for long time. She is a woman with power, which also is needed in this case π

Wow, Irene. I’m glad that you found out that you have problems so that you can now take steps to fix them. I’m glad you have good technical experienced help to get you through this. Please keep me up on your progress.
