I can see my SIL sneering a bit over this, since I think she said she routinely walks 5 miles a day, but this is the very FIRST time I have logged this many steps, and I am pleased to be able to toot my own horn to tell you,
Brian also told me while we were walking home from the gym that I am “more agile” than I was. 😊
SO – two indications I am improving. I will try to keep this up, improving on it as I can.
I’m also loosening up with my yoga stretches. When I first get down on the floor, I am really stiff and sore, but I feel pretty good by the time I finish.
On another note, the movers came and got the old bed this morning. I cleaned the room out the best I could, putting the old pillows in the closet for the moment. They came right on time and the old bed was gone.
I went to get my massage while the movers were taking that bed apart. By the time I returned, the bed was gone and the computer table had been put together!
Brian got the computer up and running and we plugged all in to recharge while the computer did an update. When we get the right cable, I will be able to make a backup of the system once a week AND a backup of everything on my phone, too!
He got the TV going, as well! I’m looking forward to listening to music on YouTube with my headphones on tonight. 😛
