When my husband came in from taking Amber out for a second time this morning, he handed me this nice hydrangea bloom. He hugged me and said, “I love you. Can I live with you forever?” And THAT, in a nutshell, is why we’ve been married 48 years and counting. :0)

Cathy Ruggiero and I have never met face-to-face. She allowed me to show of her artwork on Creative Artworks and we became friends.
Now we’re on Facebook together and we share stuff all the time. We share so many of the same values and react the same way to a given thing. I look forward to her posts because – after sheer enjoyment or appreciation, or both – I save a LOT of them to share with you.
Sometime, before this life is over, I hope we can meet. If not, we’ve shared a friendship and meeting of the souls.
