I really like Karly, of ThatLowCarbLife.com. I’m finding more and more recipes my husband pronounces, “YUMMY!” from her website.
In a post here recently, I told you about her “Easy Baked Chicken Parmesan.”
This time I tried her “Creamy Lemon Chicken with Garlic.”
This is a different flavor than we usually eat, but my husband kept remarking about it as he took bite after bite. :0)
We buy a big tray of huge chicken breasts by Tyson. The first thing I do when I bring it home is cut each breast lengthwise because a whole one is too much for either of us to eat at a meal. I then put 4 halves into a freezer bag, label it, and put it in the freezer. One tray gives us a freezer full of chicken for lots of meals. Then it’s easy to thaw what we need for a recipe, actually making enough for two meals for us. :0)
I go to Karly’s website regularly now, having bookmarked it on my computer. I like the fact that she uses easy-to-find ingredients. Her directions are clear, and her recipes don’t take a lot of time, and yet you end up with a meal that brings compliments! Check out ThatLowCarbLife.com if you want to try some YUMMY food!
