It looks like we have one more week of unseasonably warm weather before we get more fall-like around here. We’re soaking up the lower humidity and being able to have the doors open and the ceiling fans on – the a/c off – enjoying the breezes. I’m trying to make myself do some clean up in the yard, but the ‘lazies’ have swept me away lately.

Since so many things that I consider important can’t be done today, or at least WON’T be, I find myself extremely lazy, not wanting to do anything.
We had a nice lunch and then I got sleepy. The next thing I knew, an hour had passed! I’m up and alert now (I think :0) ) and I just cleaned up the kitchen after our lunch.
I’m not even in the mood to go up to my art room and start something. That’s REALLY unusual.
Maybe something will grab my fancy while I’m here at the computer…
My to-do list is intimidating me today. I went from feeling organized to have it all written down to feeling totally overwhelmed.
Brian Tracy wrote, “When you feel overwhelmed with too much to do and too little time, remind yourself that all you can do is all you can do.”
For the time being, I’m ignoring the list and doing what I want to do (writing blog posts) while I enjoy a cup of coffee. Then I’ll choose the most important thing and do that. Hopefully, these will give me the impetus and motivation to continue…
