I follow Floridiana on Blue Sky. She makes me envious of where she lives and works, but also of her artistry in photography. I look forward to her posts.

I can almost HEAR the wave! And such beautiful color contrast between the water and the sky.

A celebration of Mother Nature at her best.

I think these are incredible photos. As I said before, I love to LOOK at snow scenes that make me appreciate the season and the work of Mother Nature, transforming our world into fantasy. Please, though, LOOKING is enough for me.

I love to LOOK at snow. I think it’s absolutely beautiful. I like to make snow people or snow animals, make snow angels, have snowball fights.
Ever since we built our home here in Greenwood AR on top of a ridge line with a steep 650′ driveway on the north side of our property, my enthusiasm for winter – driving in it, getting up and down our driveway in one piece, and getting snowed or iced in up here, having to chainsaw our way down the driveway when we are older than dirt – has waned.
I am finding some wonderful photos of the beauty of the season though, from the photographers on X and Blue Sky. I wanted to share them with you.

These are SO good they almost make me forget I really don’t enjoy winter anymore!

My heart fills up and overflows when I see the beautiful photos by talented people on X and Blue Sky Social. I’m delighted to be able to share their gifts to us with you.

Taking us to places we will probably never see in person.

Expanding our horizons and visions of the possible.

One of the things I’ve noticed since I joined Blue Sky Social a few weeks ago is that the membership has many talented photographers from all over the world. Their photos simply take my breath away. I’ll try to share at least some of the beauty with you.

I can almost HEAR this photo! What a glorious sight!

I feel very lucky to have found a place where the talent abounds.

I love the expertise shown in these photos, and the way they capture the personality of each fox.

The photos are beautiful, but they make me FEEL, too.

I melted into a puddle at this one.

I joined Blue Sky Social about 3 weeks ago. There are many wonderful photographs on this site, but Keith Boone’s work is special. Each time I come across a post of his, I have to stop, admire, then force myself to close my mouth. :0)

I think this panorama is breathtaking.

And I want to spend time here.
Keith Boone Photography – @keithboone.bsky.social He is also on Pinterest, Instagram and other places.

I joined BlueSky Social a couple of weeks ago, and I’ve found some very talented people there. As you know, I love to share things I find wonderful with you. Today I want to share some of the photography of Bryn Perrett.

I’m not only in awe of his obvious talent. He is a generous person, as well, giving time in his posts to other people in his field, sharing their photos with his followers.

He lives in Norway, and I’m loving his sharing of beautiful places there.

I look forward to his posts. I hope you’ll check him out.

Christoph Fischer is an award-winning photographer who offers photo tours and an awe-inspiring portfolio of his work. His book, The Art of Nature Photography – Using Visual Thinking for a Powerful Expression of Your Vision – can be purchased. All of this is through his website, Beauty Surrounds You.
Besides being talented, Christoph is a really nice person. If you read my blog, you know I joined BlueSky just a few days ago. I was immediately blown away by postings of his work, and we’re following each other there now. If you join BlueSky, his ID there is @cgfischerphoto.bsky.social. He gave me permission to post some of his work.
I hope you’ll visit his website, buy his book. Fair warning: looking at his portfolio can be like going down a rabbit hole. It’s addictive and you may lose a lot of time there. Happily, your ‘trip’ will be joyous. :0)

ML is always up even before the crack of dawn. If sunrise came at around 8am, I would be up to greet the day, too… :0)

She combines love of sunrises with a good walk, a really good thing I would like to emulate, as well, because I know my body would thank me – eventually.

We have received beautiful sunrises and have gotten to watch some sandpipers skittering around on the sand. Life just couldn’t be much better.

A beautiful gift from a very nice lady. I hope it was relaxing to HER, as it was to ME. Thanks, ML.
