Our son is 46 today. I actually sent him my ‘birthday-song-written-out’
“Happy Birthday to you,
Haappy Birrrthday too yoou.
Haaaaapy Birrrrrrthdaaaaaay, Dearrrrr Briiiiiii-annnn,
Haaaappy Birrrrthdaaaay tooooo yooooou!”
and balloons last night on the chat program he set up for us, since there are 12 hours between us (13 when we’re doing Daylight Savings Time). He is finishing his birthday now.

This are quiet around here so far. Shhhhhh! My husband is still asleep. I woke early (for me) and went ahead and got up, so I’m on my second cup of coffee now with the morning chores finished.

This will be an uneventful day, I hope. We’ll do some errands and I have regular stuff to do, but I’m looking forward to spending time in my art room this afternoon. I’m working on a “parrot in a jungle” wood-burned and painted piece – hoping it will turn out all right and that I haven’t bitten off more than I can chew. I’m having a lot of fun working on it, and am wood-burning in my dreams! :0)
Make this day a wonderful day.
Ah, happy birthday to your son! He’s jjst a couple years older than my daughter! She is 44. Sounds great on the wood burning! Enjoy!

Thanks for the good wishes for our son, Sheila. I’m really having a good time with the new wood burning project. No idea whether it’ll turn out okay or not yet. Time will tell. :0)
