‘Puffy’ 3-D Embroidery

I love all embroidery, and was dazzled by the ribbon embroidery that I found awhile back. Now it seems embroidery is going to another level with what I call ‘puffy’ embroidery or 3-D embroidery, that REALLY jumps off the background fabric.
