I enjoy making gifts for local friends for the holidays. I think about what I’d like to try to make, how I should do it, etc. I buy the supplies and tools. I think about my friends as I work on the gifts, remembering fun times, getting a bit teary at other times. I hope that each will enjoy and use what I make, but the biggest thing is showing them they are special.
