I am completely ignorant about this. When I looked up ‘Displate’ on Etsy after finding this on Pinterest, the page said they were taking a break. I don’t know if this is done with paper, or is done with metal, mosaics, or what, but I LOVE the texture, the layers, and, of course, the vibrant colors in this one.
