Onions are Finished!

Yesterday I finished cleaning the onions from the garden.

These are the onions in a wonderful mesh bag I bought last year – hanging in the pantry, ready for me to use.

      Eating what we have grown is expensive – at least the way we ‘newbies’ are doing it – but it’s very satisfying to know how and where they were grown and gives me a great sense of satisfaction. I don’t know how long the tomatoes will continue to produce, but I’m enjoying every one of them. :0)
