Since November 11th is Veterans Day, we put up our boots, helmet and rifle mailbox decoration to honor those men and women who have given their lives for our country.
This is the front of the decoration. It’s one of our smaller decorations these days, but it was one of the hardest for me to paint. My husband was a Marine, so this decoration was even more personally important to do the very best I was able to do.
This is the back of the piece. You need to drive pretty close to it to see what it is, but I hope it says what we want to say.
